১. ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা

• স্টকে থাকা পণ্য: ৫–৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি।

• প্রি-অর্ডার পণ্য: ১০–২০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি।

• বিশেষ পরিস্থিতি (প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, কুরিয়ার বিলম্ব ইত্যাদি) হলে সময় কিছুটা পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

২. এক্সচেঞ্জ ও মূল্যফেরত নীতি

• পণ্যে ত্রুটি বা ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হলে আমরা এক্সচেঞ্জের ব্যবস্থা করি।

• এক্সচেঞ্জ সম্ভব না হলে ৫–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পূর্ণ ক্রয়মূল্য ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

• রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হওয়ার সময় ব্যাংক/মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং অনুযায়ী ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

৩. পণ্য গ্রহণ ও রিটার্ন শর্ত

• ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পার্সেল খুলে পণ্য যাচাই করুন।

• কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে মেমোতে দেওয়া নম্বরে বা আমাদের অফিসিয়াল পেইজে যোগাযোগ করুন।

• ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

৪. বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা

আমরা কাস্টমার সন্তুষ্টিকে অগ্রাধিকার দিই। প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী এক্সচেঞ্জ ও রিটার্ন সেবা প্রদান করা হয় (শর্ত সাপেক্ষে)।

৫. পণ্যের তথ্য ও চিত্র

আমরা যথাসম্ভব সঠিক বিবরণ ও ছবি প্রদর্শনের চেষ্টা করি। তবে স্ক্রিন সেটিং, আলো বা ফটোগ্রাফির কারণে সামান্য রঙ বা ডিজাইনের ভিন্নতা থাকতে পারে।

৬. অর্থ প্রদান ও বিলিং

• অর্ডারের সময় সঠিক ও হালনাগাদ তথ্য প্রদান করা বাধ্যতামূলক।

• পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করার মাধ্যমে আপনি অর্ডারের মোট মূল্য পরিশোধে সম্মতি প্রদান করেন।

• ভুয়া বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।

৭. প্রেরণ ও বিতরণ

• আমরা দ্রুত অর্ডার প্রসেস ও প্রেরণের চেষ্টা করি।

• শিপিং সময় আপনার অবস্থান ও কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের উপর নির্ভরশীল।

• তৃতীয় পক্ষের কারণে বিলম্বের জন্য FAHIMA দায়ী নয়।
